URGENT CONCERNS:
If there is an urgent medical concern when our office is closed, call us at
410-997-1700
For any medical concerns that cannot wait for regular office hours, call the main office number 410-997-1700 and follow the directions to reach the on-call provider (or our after-hours triage service). Someone is always available, 24 hours a day, every day of the year for any urgent issues. We will help you decide whether your child's illness can be managed at home, in our office, or if an Emergency Room Visit is needed.
Beginning January 2023, our practice will be utilizing a pediatric nurse triage service to assist with some after-hours calls to help support our patients' urgent needs when the office is closed. The experienced pediatric triage nurses taking your call will be able to offer medical advice for immediate concerns that cannot wait for the office to be open, and will have access to our on-call provider for further consultation for emergencies when necessary.
Please note: While we are happy to assist with all urgent needs, we ask that you save routine questions (mild illness, scheduling of appointments, prescription refills) for regular office hours.
NON-URGENT ISSUES:
For immediate, 24/7 access to information regarding non-urgent issues, we encourage you to refer to these online resources first, when practical, before calling the office:
